This Position reports to:

Operations and Engineering Solutions Delivery Manager
 

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the ELIP in North America. Main stakeholders are ELIP Manufacturing Plants in NA.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Involving and proactively supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of the service for your area of responsibility and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services.
  • Identifying, consolidating, and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Reviewing requirements and specifications and identifying those that require action within your scope of responsibility.
  • Installing and testing new versions and investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems.

Qualifications for the role

  • Highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Legacy systems and established processes and the Electrical Parts Manufacturing market
  • You have 10 years of experience in KBM development/support.
  • Highly adept in RPGLe, SQL, SFTP
  • You are innovative around communicating and interacting with system end users and other IT areas.
  • Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of RPGLe programming, SQL in KBM
  • Bilingual French and English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
