L’offre

L’analyste financier travaille en collaboration avec les contrôleurs et les membres de l’unité d’affaires afin d’assurer le maintien des activités financières des sites de fabrication de transformateurs au Canada. L’analyste financier relèvera du contrôleur régional et sera responsable des tâches suivantes :
 

Votre impact

  • Mener les activités comptables et les prévisions financières pour les activités d’importation de trans-formateurs au Canada.

  • Préparer le budget annuel et les prévisions mensuelles pour les activités d’importation de transforma-teurs au Canada. 

  • Supporter le processus de fin de mois (entrées de journal, suivi et analyse des résultats de l’unité d’affaire, production et analyse de rapports, etc…).

  • Suivi des indicateurs financiers (revenues, profitabilité, flux de trésorerie reliés aux opérations) sur une base hebdomadaire. 

  • Revue et contrôle des marges de projets pour l’unité d’affaires d’importation des transformateurs au Canada. 

  • Coordonner les activités de contrôles internes pour l’unité d’affaire des Transformateurs. 

  • Supporter les demandes des auditeurs externes pour l’unité d’affaire des Transformateurs. 

  • Support des demandes d’analyses ad hoc.

Votre expérience

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, comptabilité et un minimum de 3-5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité ou finance en entreprise.

  • Bonnes connaissances de SAP et de Excel.

  • Connaissances générales de la suite Office

  • Capacité à promouvoir le changement et l’amélioration continue. 

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe

  • Bonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes 

  • Bonnes aptitudes de communication à l’oral et à l’écrit, autant en français qu’en anglais.

The Opportunity 

Financial Analyst will work in collaboration with controllers and the Transformer Business Unit leaders in order to maintain the good execution of financials activities. The financial analyst will report to the Regional Controller and will be responsible for the following tasks :

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Lead financial activities for Domestic Sales and Sundry businesses in Canada.

  • Prepare Yearly budget and monthly forecast for the Domestic Sales and Sundry businesses in Canada. 

  • Lead month end process for Domestic Sales business (Journal Entries, Results analysis, Reporting, etc)

  • Monitor Monthly Financial KPIs (Revenues, profitability, Operating Cash Flow) on a weekly basis.

  • Review and control project margin for Domestic Sales business.  

  • Lead Internal Control activities for Transformer Business in Canada.

  • External audit point of contact for Transformer business in Canada. 

  • Support Ad Hoc Requests. 

Your background 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fi-nance/controlling 

  • Good Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel

  • Proficiency in MS office applications, 

  • Capacity to promote changes and to live in a changing environment. 

  • Good team player

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Good communication skills spoken and written in French and English.
