Au sein d’une équipe de travail dédiée et professionnelle, vous serez appelé à offrir un service aux clients et aux participants dans le cadre de l’administration de régimes de retraite à prestations déterminées. Vos différentes responsabilités vous permettront de mettre à profit votre esprit d’analyse au quotidien et de vous épanouir dans une carrière stimulante.

Vos responsabilités 

• Calculer diverses prestations conformément aux règlements et aux lois en vigueur

• Analyser et interpréter les règles des régimes de retraite et les lois applicables

• Contribuer à la production et la vérification des relevés annuels

• Participer à l’analyse et validation des données annuelles et/ou périodiques

• Soutenir l’équipe dans la réalisation des différents mandats et projets spéciaux

• Accroître la satisfaction de nos clients en écoutant leurs besoins et en répondant à leurs diverses demandes ainsi qu’à celles des participants et des fiduciaires 

• Proposer des améliorations à nos différents processus

Qualifications recherchées

• Baccalauréat en mathématiques, finance, administration, actuariat ou tout autre formation jugée adéquate

• Esprit d’équipe hors du commun

• Pensée analytique bien aiguisée et avoir le souci du détail

• Sens de l’organisation et de débrouillardise

• Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration 

• Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit, être bilingue est un atout

• Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel
