L'analyste des comptes clients pour la région du Mexique relèvera du/de la gestionnaire comptes clients/crédit et fera partie intégrante de l'équipe Finance du back-office. Il/elle sera responsable de l'ensemble du cycle des comptes clients, incluant l'intégration des nouveaux clients, la gestion des litiges et des réclamations, les activités de recouvrement, les rapprochements et les procédures de fin de mois.
Tâches et responsabilités :
  • Assurer le suivi des recouvrements et maintenir l'intégrité du portefeuille des comptes clients du Mexique.
  • Identifier et résoudre les litiges de paiement et les écarts pour les clients basés au Mexique dans des délais appropriés.
  • Gérer un volume élevé de rétrofacturations et de déductions provenant de clients mexicains.
  • Analyser et proposer des améliorations aux systèmes et aux processus, avec un fort accent sur l'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Collaborer et interagir avec les départements internes (Ventes et Opérations) lors de la validation des déductions.
  • Créer et gérer les notes de crédit et les preuves de paiement, en assurant leur soumission adéquate et leur conformité aux réglementations du SAT mexicain.
  • Surveiller quotidiennement les portails clients afin d'assurer l'exactitude de tous les documents téléversés.
  • Assurer l'intégration des nouveaux clients au Mexique et maintenir une relation solide grâce à une communication claire et un soutien efficace auprès des équipes des comptes fournisseurs et de gestion des déductions.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle de grande qualité aux clients internes et externes.
Compétences et qualités requises :
  • Maîtrise de l'espagnol essentielle, puisque la communication avec les clients basés au Mexique est quotidienne.

Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst for the Mexico region will report to the AR/Credit Manager and will be an integral part of the back-office Finance team. This role is responsible for the complete accounts receivable lifecycle, including onboarding, dispute and claim management, collections, reconciliations, and month-end procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on collections and maintain the integrity of the Mexico accounts receivable portfolio.
  • Identify and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies for Mexico-based customers in a timely manner.
  • Manage a high volume of customer chargebacks and deductions originating from Mexico-based customers.
  • Analyze and identify system and process improvements with a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Collaborate and interact with internal departments (Sales and Operations) during the validation of deductions.
  • Create and manage credit notes and proofs of payment, ensuring proper submission and compliance with Mexico SAT regulations.
  • Monitor customer portals daily to ensure the accuracy of all uploaded documents.
  • Onboard new customers in Mexico and maintain strong relationships through clear communication and support with accounts payable and deduction management teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Attributes and Skills:
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, as daily communication with Mexico-based customers is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of work.
  • Experience with Mexico SAT regulations and government portals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, compile relevant information, and prepare reports.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft software (VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key business partners.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
  • DEC or DEP in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience working with major retailers is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
