The Business Intelligence and Security Department is looking for a Data Valorization Analyst to join our group insurance team of analysts and programmers. They produce and update reports for internal users and external partners in the group insurance sector. You’ll help use and valorize data for various channels. You’ll be responsible for extracting, describing, analyzing and interpreting the data needed to make informed business decisions. More specifically, you will be required to:
Help client define their needs
Build and develop reports using database management systems
Provide support to users and team members for the current service offer (report production, corrections, etc.)
Provide advice for selecting, implementing and using data management tools
Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in data analysis
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in production techniques for reports and dashboards
Knowledge of VBA, SAS, SQL or Power BI tools
Knowledge of group insurance and retirement savings
