The Personal Services Business Intelligence Department handles data and analytics needs for the Personal Services Executive Division. The department designs and develops data management tools and analyzes end-to-end performance data to support decision-making. As a business intelligence advisor, you give meaning to data by extracting, describing and analyzing it in order to facilitate business decision-making. You assist clients on analytics development initiatives that involve using data tailored to business needs. You work on complex business projects and initiatives using data from the databases. You use your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of your line of business. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Provide advice to the sector under your responsibility.
- Turn data into actionable insight by extracting, summarizing, analyzing and interpreting it to inform business decisions.
- Identify, plan, analyze, execute and document users’ data needs and help operationalize solutions.
- Help clarify needs, analyze and use data, and generate reports for teams’ operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve methods and help enhance data valorization tools.
- Work with internal partners in other fields to identify their needs and present the results of your analysis using reports and dashboards.
- Help develop and update operational performance indicators and measurement tools.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in business intelligence (BI)
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and back-end data modelling
- Knowledge of SAS and SQL
