Turn AI ambition into real, scalable business impact.

Many organizations experiment with AI, but far fewer turn those experiments into measurable business value. As our AI Enablement Lead, you will help bridge that gap by transforming AI potential into practical, scalable outcomes across the organization.

Working at the intersection of business strategy and technology, you will guide leaders toward the most meaningful AI opportunities while ensuring responsible, aligned adoption. This role combines strategic influence, cross-functional leadership, and pragmatic execution to move AI from exploration to real impact.

As our AI Enablement Lead, you will:
  • Partner with business leaders and our technical experts, including internal AI champions, to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable AI-enabled use cases.
  • Guide AI adoption across tools and platforms to reduce duplication and maximize existing capabilities.
  • Define and maintain a clear AI direction and phased roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Work with security, privacy, legal, and IT teams to establish practical guardrails for responsible AI use.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, aligning stakeholders and technical teams to enable scalable AI adoption across the organization.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Experience shaping enterprise AI strategy or adoption, helping organizations move from experimentation to measurable impact.
  • Strong judgment in balancing value, feasibility, and risk when prioritizing AI use cases.
  • Ability to explain what AI can and cannot do in clear, practical terms, including trade-offs and limitations.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions across complex, cross-functional environments, including executives, architects, and business leaders.
What will make you stand out:
  • Senior experience working across strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to AI governance, including privacy, security, compliance, or responsible AI frameworks.
  • Background in data, analytics, automation, or intelligent platforms, with a focus on practical application.
  • A pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset that prioritizes adoption and measurable results over experimentation alone.
