Turn AI ambition into clear, scalable impact.

Have you ever wondered how organizations move from scattered AI experiments to real, measurable business value? As our AI Strategist, you’ll bring clarity and direction to AI adoption, helping teams focus on the right use cases while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business priorities.

You’ll sit at the intersection of business and technology, guiding leaders toward responsible, high-impact AI usage. This is a senior, cross-functional role where influence, pragmatism, and strategic thinking matter just as much as technical understanding.

As our AI Strategist, you will:
  • Partner with business leaders and architects to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable AI-enabled use cases.
  • Guide AI adoption across tools and platforms, reducing overlap and maximizing existing capabilities.
  • Define and maintain a clear AI direction and phased roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Enable responsible AI usage by working with security, privacy, legal, and IT teams to define practical guardrails.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, aligning stakeholders and supporting scalable adoption.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • Experience shaping AI direction at an enterprise level, helping teams move from isolated experiments to real business impact.
  • Strong judgment when weighing value, feasibility, and risk to focus on the AI use cases that actually matter.
  • Ability to explain what AI can and can’t do in plain language, including trade-offs and limitations.
  • Comfortable influencing decisions in complex, cross-functional environments, including executives, architects, and business leaders.
What will make you stand out:
  • Senior experience working across strategy, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI governance topics such as privacy, security, compliance, or responsible use.
  • A background in data, analytics, automation, or intelligent platforms, with a focus on practical application.
  • A pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset that values adoption and results over experimentation for its own sake.

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own color? You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.

Send us your application, we want to hear from you!
