What you will do:
- Leverage Ericsson LLM into product issue analysis and develop the chatbot to provide solution to related technical question, and generate knowledge graph for specific areas in RAN products.
- Interact with sub-matter experts across functions/sites, bring efficient ideas into development Operation environment for RAN product continuous integration via generative AI concept.
- Keep abreast of the latest technological developments in the AI field and apply new technologies to the construction and optimization the existing platforms.
- Assist in solving technical challenges encountered in the construction of chatbot platforms, continuously optimize integration processes and methods.
- Participate in technical exchanges and sharing within the team to enhance the overall AI capabilities into product development.
The skills you bring:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with a strong interest in the AI domain.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java), with a solid foundation in programming.
- Understanding of basic AI principles and common algorithms, preferably with experience in AI projects such as machine learning, deep learning, and large models.
- Familiarity with software testing processes and methods, with in-depth understanding and experience in automated testing preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to think independently and solve problems.
- Strong learning and adaptation abilities, capable of quickly mastering new technologies and applying them in practical work.
