Responsibilities
Document Retention:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of warehouse activities, including inventory logs, shipment documentation, and compliance records.
• Ensure that all documents are stored securely and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform regular audits of document storage systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Employee Schedules:
• Develop and distribute employee schedules in Humanity, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and addressing any scheduling conflicts or changes.
• Coordinate with Sort Management to fill operational needs and manage shift adjustments.
Reports and Presentations:
• Prepare and analyze various reports related to warehouse operations, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.
• Create and deliver presentations for internal meetings and management reviews, highlighting key data and insights.
Vendor Management:
• Support Management in scheduling vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services.
Service Tickets:
• Help support and organize service tickets related to warehouse operations, including equipment and facility issues.
Procurement:
• Handle procurement activities, including ordering and tracking supplies, equipment, and materials needed for warehouse operations in EWAY and ServiceNow.
• Monitor facility supplies (Pallet wrap, garbage’s, labels etc.) levels and forecast future needs to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
