L’Opportunité

Vous joindrez notre équipe du Service Haute Tension (HVS) pour soutenir les activités de service sur le terrain qui contribuent à la fiabilité, à la sécurité et à la performance du réseau électrique. Dans ce rôle, vous prenez en charge l’ensemble du cycle des commandes clients — de leur saisie à la facturation — en assurant exactitude, coordination efficace et qualité des communications. Votre travail appuie directement nos équipes techniques œuvrant sur l’équipement haute tension essentiel au maintien d’une énergie fiable.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les gestionnaires de service, les techniciens et les clients tout en développant une compréhension approfondie des processus commerciaux et opérationnels propres au secteur énergétique. Vous utiliserez SAP pour gérer les commandes, suivre les coûts, préparer les factures et maintenir la documentation selon les pratiques établies. Une possibilité de travail hybride peut être offerte selon les besoins opérationnels.

Votre Impact

  • Saisir les commandes clients dans SAP avec exactitude et rapidité.

  • Coordonner l’exécution des commandes avec les gestionnaires de service et les techniciens.

  • Maintenir un carnet de commandes à jour dans SAP pour soutenir la planification.

  • Recueillir et vérifier les coûts des commandes (temps, dépenses, bons d’achat) et confirmer les éléments additionnels à facturer.

  • Gérer, communiquer et archiver les documents liés aux commandes selon les lignes directrices.

  • Soumettre les modifications de commande aux clients et assurer des communications professionnelles et claires.

  • Préparer les factures lorsque les services sont complétés et tous les coûts reçus.

  • Effectuer le suivi des factures impayées afin de soutenir la santé financière de l’activité.

  • Responsable d’assurer la conformité aux règles, procédures et lignes directrices internes et externes en vigueur.

Votre Profil

  • Le candidat ou la candidate doit déjà détenir une autorisation de travail permettant d’être employé(e) par Hitachi Energy au Canada.

  • Aptitude à communiquer oralement et par écrit en français et en anglais.

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Word.

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales générales ou diplôme en administration/affaires.

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs commandes simultanément avec rigueur et proactivité.

  • Envie d’apprendre et rapidité d’adaptation, avec de solides habiletés en communication, tact et diplomatie.

  • Atout : Deux ans d’expérience en gestion de commandes ou en service à la clientèle.

  • Atout : Connaissance de SAP ou d’un logiciel ERP équivalent.

  • Atout : Connaissance des aspects contractuels et commerciaux liés à la gestion de commandes.

The Opportunity

Join our High Voltage Service (HVS) business and support the delivery of field service activities that keep the power grid reliable, safe, and operating at its best. In this position, you help manage customer orders from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, timely coordination, and a positive customer experience. Your work directly supports service teams working on high‑voltage equipment across the region, contributing to the performance and continuity of critical energy infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with field service managers, technicians, and customers while learning the full lifecycle of service order management in a power‑industry context. You’ll use SAP to enter and manage orders, monitor order costs, prepare invoices, and maintain documentation in alignment with internal practices. This role offers the opportunity to grow your understanding of commercial processes, service operations, and the systems that support field activities in the energy sector. Hybrid work may be possible depending on business needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Enter customer orders into SAP accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate order fulfillment with field service managers and technicians.

  • Maintain an up‑to‑date order backlog in SAP to support planning and visibility.

  • Collect and review order costs—including time, expenses, and purchase orders—and verify any extras to be billed.

  • Manage, communicate, and archive all order‑related documents according to guidelines.

  • Submit order changes to customers and ensure clear, professional communication throughout the process.

  • Prepare invoices once service delivery is complete and all costs are received.

  • Follow up on unpaid invoices to support healthy cash flow.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.

  • Bilingual, oral and written communication abilities in both English and French.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • General college diploma or business/administration degree.

  • Able to manage several orders in parallel with solid attention to detail and proactivity.

  • Eager and quick to learn, with sound communication skills and diplomacy.

  • Asset: Two years of experience in order management or customer service.

  • Asset: Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

  • Asset: Familiarity with contractual or commercial aspects of order management.

  • Asset: Knowledge of SharePoint or Teams for document management.
