    Relevant du ou de la gestionnaire de la qualité de l’établissement, l’administrateur ou l’administratrice de la qualité sera chargé de la coordination, du soutien, de la formation, de l’assistance et de la facilitation en ce qui a trait à tous les aspects du système qualité en collaboration avec le ou la gestionnaire de la qualité.

    En tant que titulaire du poste, vous devrez :

    • Coordonner les activités comme il est décrit dans le système de gestion de la qualité et de SP aux fins de certification, et y participer.
    • Soutenir la direction de l’établissement dans ses efforts visant à répondre aux exigences des clients et à atteindre les objectifs de qualité.
    • Faire rapport sur les paramètres.
    • Effectuer des audits internes de la qualité au besoin.
    • Examiner les certificats d’analyse des matières premières entrantes et soutenir la disposition des matières.
    • Maintenir le contrôle des documents selon les besoins.
    • Enquêter sur les rétroactions de clients, les autorisations de retour de matériel et d’autres événements liés à la qualité.
    • Participer activement à la sécurité.
    • Participer aux projets de pilier de soutien du système de rendement de Sonoco (SPS), appuyer ou diriger le sous-pilier d’action corrective et préventive (CAPA), appuyer le sous-pilier des « cinq pourquoi » (5 Why’s), mener des audits à plusieurs niveaux du système de rendement de Sonoco (SPS), assurer le suivi à l’égard des lacunes.
    • Examiner les données sur la qualité et faire rapport sur celles-ci selon les besoins.
    • Effectuer le traçage de travaux (aide à l’exercice de rappel, traçage d’enquête, et ainsi de suite).
    • Enquêter sur des problèmes, sur les problèmes de qualité courants touchant les travaux en cours, sur les plaintes des clients et des fournisseurs.
    • Entrer les demandes d’action corrective (CARS) dans Agile et appuyer les enquêtes.
    • Appuyer les enquêtes relatives aux demandes d’action corrective visant les fournisseurs (SCAR).

    Le poste est offert à notre installation de Terrebonne au Canada.

    Nous serons heureux de recevoir votre candidature si vous possédez ce qui suit :

    • Diplôme de 2 ans ou de 4 ans; de 3 à 5 années d’expérience.
    • Bonnes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
    • Maîtrise des logiciels suivants : Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
    • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, oral et écrit, afin de pouvoir communiquer quotidiennement avec certains clients et fournisseurs non francophones.

    While reporting to the Plant Quality Manager the Quality Administrator will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, training, assisting and facilitating all aspects of the quality system in conjunction with Quality manager.

    What you will be doing:

    • Coordinates and participates in activities as outlined in the quality and PS management system for certification.
    • Supports site management in efforts to achieve customer requirements and quality objectives.
    • Reports on metrics.
    • Performs internal quality audits as necessary.
    • Reviews incoming raw material COA and supports the disposition of the materials.
    • Maintain document control as needed
    • Investigates customer feedbacks, returned material authorizations and other quality events.
    • Participates actively in Safety
    • Participates in SPS-Support pillar projects, support/ Lead CAPA sub pillar, support 5 why sub-pillar, conduct SPS layered audits, follow up on deficiencies
    • Review/report quality data as needed
    • Trace work (mock recall assistance, investigation trace, etc.)
    • Investigate issues, current Q issues on jobs running, customer and supplier complaints
    • Enter CARS in Agile and support investigation
    • Support SCAR investigations

    This is located at our Terrebonne facility in Canada

    We would love to hear from you if:

    • 2-year or 4-year degree; 3-5 years’ experience
    • Good verbal and written communications skills
    • Proficiency in the following software: Word, Power Point, Excel
    • Good command of English, oral and written, in order to be able to communicate daily with certain non-French-speaking customers and suppliers.
