Adjoint(e) technique

Manage end-to-end implementation and adoption of Samsara’s IoT solutions for mid-market customers. Responsibilities include creating launch plans, tracking implementation progress and account health, delivering product training, demonstrating technology, resolving challenges, and coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product. The role requires strong customer communication, consultative implementation skills, technical product experience, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French.

Leads Block’s global Workforce Optimization function across customer-facing and regulated operations. Defines forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, real-time management, analytics, automation, and vendor governance strategies. Connects long-range planning with staffing execution, establishes performance and regulatory controls, improves predictive decision-making, and partners with product, engineering, finance, compliance, and vendors. Builds and develops a multidisciplinary global team while managing incidents, operational risks, service quality, resilience, and cost.

Leads international seller onboarding operations across Europe, the UK, Australia, and APAC. Owns regional execution, staffing, vendor performance, market launches, localization, service levels, operational metrics, cost efficiency, and workflow improvements. Partners with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and go-to-market teams while developing regional leaders and aligning local operating models with global standards. The role also uses AI to improve seller outcomes and internal workflows.
