En collaboration directe avec notre Directeur des opérations, tu seras le chef d'orchestre de nos approvisionnements : de la commande fournisseurs à la gestion fine de nos inventaires. Responsabilités principales :

Rédiger et placer les commandes d’achats auprès des fournisseurs nationaux et internationaux.
Maintenir le système de gestion des inventaires (ERP) à jour en tout temps.
Confirmer les dates et les délais de livraison aux clients internes.
Suivre les commandes en cours, s’assurer du respect des délais et résoudre les problèmes logistiques.
Maintenir des communications régulières avec les fournisseurs afin de garantir le respect du calendrier de livraison.
Surveiller les niveaux de stocks et assurer la concordance de l’inventaire physique et système.
Effectuer des recherches auprès des fournisseurs afin de répondre aux besoins des clients internes.
Maintenir une documentation précise et à jour concernant les achats, les prix et les conditions contractuelles.
Collaborer étroitement avec les départements internes pour comprendre et répondre efficacement à leurs besoins en approvisionnement.
Réceptionner la marchandise dans le système informatique et valider la conformité des livraisons.

Exigences

Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en gestion des opérations, logistique, administration ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).

1 à 2 ans d’expérience en achats, approvisionnement ou logistique.

Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Expérience antérieure dans un environnement manufacturier ou industriel (atout).

Connaissance d’un système ERP (atout).
