We are seeking a highly motivated, and results-driven Account Manager with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to join our high-performance team that can help us manage great relationships with existing key customers and open new doors especially in the SMB market segment in Mauritius. Candidates must be currently based in Mauritius or willing and able to relocate to Mauritius. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Mauritian business landscape, key industries, and customer buying behaviours, with the ability to leverage relevant professional relationships and networks to identify and develop commercial opportunities in the region.

They will be persistent, resilient, and capable of establishing trust with customers and stakeholders at all levels. They will have genuine empathy, taking the time to understand customer needs and challenges. Above all, they will be committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences’ while consistently driving business growth and achieving ambitious targets.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Achieve individual revenue, gross contribution, and account development targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within a defined list of prospective target accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both existing and prospective customers.
  • Create and execute account plans for existing customers and targeted prospect accounts.
  • Understand customer business drivers, priorities, and challenges, aligning Integrity360 solutions and services to deliver measurable value.
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across Managed Services, Professional Services, and Hardware/Software offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive engagement, networking, and targeted outreach activities.
  • Create proposals, quotations, business cases, and renewal documentation as required.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Practice Specialists, and Marketing teams to develop opportunities and maximise revenue growth.
  • Implement a structured contact strategy for both customer and prospect accounts, ensuring all activity and opportunities are accurately maintained within Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business development meetings to identify risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, sales, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Promote the Integrity360 brand by consistently delivering a professional, consultative, and customer-centric experience.

What you bring to us:

  • Strong knowledge of the Mauritian market, including the local business landscape, key industries, and customer buying behaviours, with the ability to leverage existing networks and relationships to identify and develop commercial opportunities
  • Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, Technology Sales, or Customer Success role with responsibility for revenue growth and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing opportunities within prospective target accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) to manage pipeline, customer activity, and account planning.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop account plans, identify customer needs, and align solutions to business outcomes.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the Cyber Security industry, including exposure to Managed Security Services, Professional Services, or Cyber Security solutions.
  • Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS, IT services, or managed services.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security technologies, services, and market trends.
  • Experience working with technical pre-sales teams, solution architects, or specialist consultants to develop customer opportunities.
  • Understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and developing opportunities across a complex customer base.
  • Exposure to data-driven prospecting, account-based marketing, and targeted business development activities.
