Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions: run discovery workshops, design scalable FSM architectures, lead implementations and integrations, support pre-sales scoping and SOWs, provide technical leadership to development teams, and mentor junior consultants.

Own day-to-day client relationships for enterprise accounts, drive account health and growth, support commercial activities (SOWs, renewals), partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution, and mentor for future portfolio ownership within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale CPQ/CRM/commerce and digital transformation implementations. Oversee multiple Agile teams, manage project financials and risks, drive stakeholder alignment, create executive reporting, and support continuous improvement to ensure successful enterprise program execution.
