Maintains customer records, coordinates with internal teams, negotiates billing settlements, and supports pre- and post-sales activities. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, technical aptitude, and proficiency with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred experience includes Salesforce, SCPQ, order entry, engineering project support, and Lean process improvement.

Support and grow Flygt automation and digital solutions sales across Eastern Canada by providing technical and commercial support, coaching sales teams, developing proposals, managing CRM opportunities, driving market development, delivering product training, and representing Xylem at industry events. Frequent travel to customer sites and plants is required.
