Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack features using C#/.NET backends and modern frontend technologies. Use AI-first development workflows, establish AI-driven development practices, lead automation initiatives, contribute to MCP integrations, and help define responsible AI data-security practices. The role also includes architecture participation, code reviews, peer coaching, and internal training in a hybrid Montreal engineering environment.

Own AI value delivery for enterprise customers, including custom localization workflow proofs of concept, API integrations, AI-first workflow design, technical onboarding, optimization, and change management. Translate customer needs into measurable business value, improve AI feature adoption and ROI, and provide production feedback to product and R&D teams. The role combines LLM and localization expertise with consultative communication and commercial problem-solving.

Provides day-to-day legal support focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including customer, supplier, SaaS, reseller, and referral agreements. Supports data protection compliance, privacy and security questionnaires, intellectual property matters, contract interpretation, RFPs, and internal stakeholders across the business. Maintains legal templates and processes, identifies risks, escalates complex issues, and coordinates with external counsel.
