Lead site quality strategy and team for Saint-Hubert manufacturing, ensure ISO 9001 and HVAC compliance, run audits, develop inspection/testing protocols, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, analyze quality data, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues.

Lead cross-functional execution of multiple complex manufacturing programs from feasibility through shipment readiness. Validate pre-launch feasibility, drive design industrialization and manufacturing preparation, oversee production support and post-shipment issue resolution, and deploy program governance, tools, and standards to ensure timelines, quality, and cost objectives are met.

Lead design, integration and validation of electrical systems for data-center HVAC and liquid cooling products. Create 3D electrical models, single/three-line drawings, panels, wiring harnesses, BOMs, and documentation. Ensure NEC/UL/CSA compliance, support prototyping, testing, field installations, and cross-functional integration while managing complex projects, configuration control and occasional site travel.
