Responsibilities include electrical and controls panel design, wiring harnesses, power distribution, electrical modeling, compliance with NEC, UL, CSA, and NFPA standards, prototype and field support, configuration control, and leading complex product development and installation projects. Requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, controls, and testing teams, with occasional travel up to 15%.

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple complex product programs involving custom thermal systems, from feasibility and order release through production readiness and shipment. Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Sales, and Field Service while managing risks, schedules, costs, margins, and quality. Establish program governance, oversee BOM and material readiness, validate engineering maturity, manage FAT and inspections, provide executive reporting, and improve product program management standards and PMO operating models.

Leads annual operating planning, multi-department budgeting, financial forecasting, long-term cash forecasting, capital planning, returns analysis, and working-capital analysis. Builds financial models, evaluates investments using NPV, IRR, ROIC, and payback, and prepares decision-ready reporting for senior leadership and the Board. Uses ERP data, Excel, SQL, Python, and AI tools to improve reporting, data preparation, forecasting, and recurring analytical processes.

Leads and develops a manufacturing procurement team while overseeing sourcing, supplier relationships, negotiations, purchase orders, inventory coordination, risk mitigation, cost reduction, supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with planning, production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and operational efficiency. Manages procurement KPIs, supplier corrective actions, ERP usage, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead site quality strategy and team for Saint-Hubert manufacturing, ensure ISO 9001 and HVAC compliance, run audits, develop inspection/testing protocols, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, analyze quality data, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues.

Lead and deliver manufacturing engineering projects for complex ETO/CTO HVAC products: design tooling/fixtures, optimize assembly and processes, implement improvements, manage supplier coordination and production validation, maintain manufacturing standards, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Develop technical, manufacturable HVAC and data-center air handling solutions; support sales bids, prepare engineering documentation and BOMs, coordinate submittals, manage engineering changes, assist production and field teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Support financial forecasting, perform profitability and monthly variance analyses, ensure correct cost accounting, develop tools to monitor expenditures, improve financial data quality, and collaborate with operations and stakeholders. Report to the Financial Controller and maintain up-to-date forecasts.
