The Senior Project Manager coordinates and manages clinical trials, ensuring all project deliverables meet client expectations and oversee the entire trial process from start to finish.

Manage Phase I–IV clinical trials from startup through closeout, overseeing technical, financial, operational, resource, quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Lead cross-functional and external teams, coordinate subcontractors, develop and track project plans, resolve conflicts, manage contingencies, and ensure deliverables meet client and contract expectations. The role requires clinical pharmaceutical or research experience, knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP, strong communication and organizational skills, and domestic and international travel.

Lead rheumatology clinical trial project management across US/Canada: direct program delivery within cost/time/quality constraints, supervise and mentor project managers, support proposals and business development, manage budgeting/forecasting/resource utilization, drive process improvements for clinical development and project management.
