Lead end-to-end IT separation projects within the Quality function: plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using SDLC and Waterfall. Manage stakeholders, governance, risks, quality metrics, testing, deployments, change readiness, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced, low-structure environment.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications. Build Python backends, TypeScript frontends (Angular/React), REST APIs and microservices, integrate databases, use AWS for deployment, contribute to CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and follow best practices and testing processes.

Lead clinical UX and service improvement initiatives by gathering clinician requirements, redesigning service desk workflows, applying ITIL practices, analyzing ticket trends, facilitating workshops, supporting testing and adoption, and delivering project artifacts (charters, schedules, RAID logs).
