Own net-new SMB customer acquisition for Wealthsimple Business by building growth channels from scratch. Lead paid media, partnerships, content, community, webinars, positioning, and funnel experiments. Analyze CAC/LTV and downstream pipeline value, scale successful campaigns, collaborate with demand generation on nurture handoffs, and use AI to accelerate audience research, creative development, copy iteration, and experimentation.

Own credit policy for Wealthsimple’s new SMB business lending products, including underwriting, adjudication, credit limits, pricing, exposure management, collections strategies, and lifecycle monitoring. Analyze portfolio performance through vintage and cohort analysis, champion-challenger testing, and quantitative modeling. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Fraud, Collections, and Client Experience to build automated lending infrastructure and define risk appetite.

Conduct quantitative research, build market and order-flow models, develop algorithmic trading and routing systems, and manage their daily operations. The role includes designing simulation frameworks, validating algorithm performance against historical and real-world data, adapting systems to changing market conditions, and partnering with engineering, data science, operations, and product teams.
