Partner cross-functionally to create search-informed content, improve conversion funnels, and establish reporting to drive qualified traffic, sign-ups, activation, and revenue growth.

Define and build Wave's internal risk and payments operations platform. Own strategy and roadmap for tools used by Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Support, Finance, and Payments Operations. Replace manual workflows with scalable decisioning, case management, and automation. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, and business teams to improve efficiency, controls, and customer outcomes.

Design user-centered mobile and web experiences working with product teams. Conduct and act on user research, prototype solutions using the Design System, run usability testing, and iterate through discovery and delivery to balance user needs and business goals.
