Prospect and develop new clients within a designated territory through cold calling, field visits and strategic follow-ups. Manage client relationships, negotiate and close profitable contracts, track opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborate with leadership to address prospecting issues while staying informed of market and regulatory factors.

The Operations Specialist will undergo a management training program focusing on developing leadership and operational excellence, involving various rotations across key functions while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Supervise local waste collection drivers and tradespeople, manage schedules, ensure health & safety and policy compliance, handle hiring/training, union relations, workers' compensation and grievances, and maintain operational performance.
