Provide high-complexity calendar, travel, logistics, meeting preparation, and follow-up support for the CEO. Identify workflow inefficiencies, anticipate needs, track commitments, manage confidential information, and coordinate with executive assistants. Contribute to building the Office of the CEO, support special projects, improve operating systems, and flex across time zones and travel requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Leads Waabi’s commercial contracting function across hardware supply, OEM partnerships, software licensing, SaaS, services, and vendor agreements. Drafts and negotiates complex transactions, advises cross-functional teams on risk, manages contract compliance, and builds scalable templates, playbooks, and processes. Supports IP, open-source licensing, regulatory, export control, and data privacy matters related to commercial deals.

Build and operate a reliable ML platform for large-scale distributed GPU training. Responsibilities include Kubernetes infrastructure, developer-facing CLIs and SDKs, AWS infrastructure, data and artifact management, experiment tracking, model registries, CI/CD, observability, documentation, security guardrails, and platform adoption. The role partners closely with researchers and engineers to improve training speed, reliability, usability, and cost efficiency for autonomous transportation systems.
