Leads the enterprise Talent Acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, hiring standards, executive and critical-role searches, recruiting team leadership, workforce planning, market intelligence, and data-driven process improvement. Partners with the CPO, CEO, executives, and business leaders to improve quality of hire, recruiting efficiency, assessment practices, and organizational capability in a high-growth technology company.

Provides advanced functional and technical support for customers using ERP integrations and payment solutions. Troubleshoots complex integration, accounting, payment-processing, API, and data-synchronization issues; manages cases and escalations; and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams. The role also contributes to knowledge-base content, process improvements, customer satisfaction, SLA performance, and timely resolution of support cases.

Conduct customer discovery, design and demonstrate tailored fintech solutions, support RFIs and sales cycles, address technical objections, and advise prospects on accounts receivable, payments, collections, and cash application technology. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams, maintain technical expertise and certifications, pursue business goals, and travel occasionally across the US and Canada for client and partner engagements.
