Lead technical recruiting for contract and direct-hire roles: source, screen, and manage candidates; perform weekly interviews; maintain candidate skills matrix; use Bullhorn to log activity; generate leads and collaborate with sales, stakeholders, and teammates to fill job orders. Hybrid role with minimal travel.

Full-desk recruiter responsible for sourcing and placing finance and accounting professionals (from Senior Accountant to CFO). Generate leads, manage candidate relationships, collaborate with internal teams, meet activity and gross margin targets, and support business development for interim and strategic engagements.
