Own the company’s long-range financial model, operating forecast, scenario planning, budgeting, capital strategy, fundraising support, cap table administration, 409A coordination, and finance operations. Partner with leadership to evaluate go-to-market strategy, facilities, hiring, programs, and capital needs. Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for executives, scientists, founders, investors, and partners.

Own the architecture, modeling, prototyping, validation, and iteration of high-voltage, high-current, MHz-frequency power electronics for organ rewarming systems. Design novel converters, resonant networks, impedance-matching systems, and electromagnetic structures. Lead tradeoff studies, laboratory testing, instrumentation, safety infrastructure, and multidisciplinary collaboration across engineering and cryobiology.

The Head of Legal will develop and oversee Until's legal and IP strategies while working with the executive team to mitigate legal risks across various functions and partnerships.
