Teams at Uber

Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners for Uber Eats. Build long-term relationships, use data-driven insights to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities, resolve merchant issues, influence feature and service adoption, negotiate with partners, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams. The role is hybrid in Montreal, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.

Acquire and onboard local and regional small and medium-sized merchants for Uber Eats through high-volume cold calling, in-person meetings, contract negotiations, and full-cycle sales. Manage a merchant pipeline, meet sales quotas, communicate product value, adapt to market conditions, and collaborate with Operations and Account Management to ensure successful partner onboarding.
