Candidates must hold a California bar license, have at least eight years of litigation experience, and demonstrate strong legal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Associate Attorney will handle insurance defense litigation from discovery through trial, including case strategy, court appearances, depositions, motion practice, trials, client communication, and caseload management. The role also involves developing client relationships, collaborating with legal teams, and mentoring junior attorneys. Candidates must hold a California bar license, possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and have 1–8 years of litigation experience. Remote, hybrid, and onsite work options are available.

Provides administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling civil litigation and insurance defense cases. Responsibilities include drafting, formatting, filing and e-filing legal documents; docketing deadlines; managing case files and calendars; scheduling depositions, hearings and calls; coordinating travel; assisting with trial preparation; and communicating with clients and courts.
