Leads large-scale industrial projects from feasibility and initial budgeting through construction and closeout. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, consultants, contractors, vendors, change orders, reporting, document control, site inspections, payments, punch lists, commissioning, and lessons-learned activities. The role requires coordinating diverse stakeholders and mitigating risks affecting project cost and schedule.

Internship for recent Indigenous graduates pursuing project management careers. The program provides structured training, mentoring, job shadowing, and hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting, scheduling, cost management, risk management, project controls, claims management, documentation, and project administration. Candidates must be recent post-secondary graduates, bilingual in English and French, organized, communicative, collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn. Previous project management experience is not required.

Develops scalable recruitment strategies, workforce plans, talent pipelines, and high-volume hiring programs aligned with business growth. Partners with senior leaders, HR business partners, and hiring managers; uses recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and technology to improve outcomes. Oversees full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines, coaches team members, and ensures strong candidate and hiring-manager experiences.
