Creates and adapts digital and print marketing materials, logos, templates, and brand assets. Applies graphic standards, researches suitable imagery, and performs quality control against project briefs. Requires strong Adobe software skills, attention to detail, creativity, bilingual French-English communication, and familiarity with macOS and Microsoft Office. This is a temporary 12-month contract supporting National Bank marketing initiatives.

Supports the Controller and Chief Accountant across the full accounting cycle. Responsibilities include journal entries, financial closes, bank reconciliations, general ledger analysis, financial reporting, tax remittances, intercompany transactions, audit support, payroll validation, internal controls, and process improvement. The role also reviews accounting clerk work and collaborates with production and HR teams to maintain accurate project-related financial data.

Write French UX content and microcopy for business banking digital products. Simplify complex financial concepts, support user journeys, coordinate content delivery, analyze results, recommend optimizations, maintain editorial and brand standards, and uphold UX writing and web accessibility best practices.
