Remote bilingual (FR/EN) claims quality analyst responsible for reviewing medical records, claim forms and invoices to ensure eligibility decisions follow policy. Perform claim audits, validate payments, support internal/external audits, identify process improvements, translate/transcribe records, and collaborate with claims team to deliver excellent customer service.
