Supports a consumer financial services litigation practice by conducting legal and public-record research, managing case files and e-discovery databases, organizing and reviewing document productions, preparing deposition and trial materials, drafting legal documents, and coordinating deadlines across multiple matters. The role requires accurate document management, billing time, compliance with ethical guidelines, teamwork, and occasional training of other paralegals.

The Billing Specialist prepares, edits, and distributes client invoices and prebills; manages billing adjustments, alternate rates, exemptions, approvals, and client billing information. The role processes electronic invoices, resolves billing issues, provides billing reports and statistics, responds to attorney and client inquiries, and tracks work in progress while ensuring monthly billing deadlines are met.
