What It's Like to Work at TransUnion

What is your role, and what attracted you to TransUnion? Describe the moment when you knew you’d found the right fit.

At TransUnion, I serve as the vice president of global technology strategy and transformation. About a week into joining TransUnion, I was on a large call discussing a complex issue, and I was immediately struck by the high sense of collaboration and desire to work on the issue as a team. It became abundantly clear that the objective was to collectively solve the problem and not focus on the issue or place any judgement.

What’s your favorite part about working at TransUnion? 

The best part of working at TransUnion is the team culture, mainly within the teams I work closely with and especially within my own team. I have always wanted to foster a sense of collaboration and problem-solving within a team. In my time with TransUnion, it’s been enjoyable to work collectively and cooperatively to achieve our goals together.

What advice would you give to job seekers looking to join your growing team?

Be curious, ask questions and take initiative.
