The Director of Business Development will lead market analysis, business strategies, client relationship management, and team leadership to drive revenue growth and high-quality consulting solutions.

Responsible for English-to-French translation and bilingual proofreading, primarily in banking and insurance sectors. Ensure brand consistency and manage multiple projects.

Translate and proofread marketing and banking/insurance content from English to Canadian French, perform QA, maintain translation memories and glossaries, handle transcreation/adaptive editing, and follow client-specific style guides and procedures while meeting deadlines.
