Lead engine maintenance team, manage KPIs and budgets, maintain engine management programs with OEMs, oversee modifications, shop visits, contracts, and engine reliability projects.

Provide in-branch travel advice, plan and book vacations, manage client files (payments, changes, confirmations), support sales and daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and work fixed evening/weekend schedule to ensure quality customer experience.
