Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Office of the President and CFO. Manage correspondence, schedules, travel, expense reports, executive documents, meeting logistics, OneDrive filing, and CEO external commitments. Support communications (CEO recognition protocol, quarterly report, LinkedIn inbox) and collaborate on strategic initiatives and finance team tasks to ensure timely deliverables and smooth executive operations.
