Air Transat is offering a pilot training program through Ascension Academy in partnership with CAE, designed for individuals with little to no flying experience. Candidates will be hired upon successful training completion, which lasts approximately 18 months at CAE's facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. Applicants must be at least 18, Canadian citizens or residents, with a high school diploma and English proficiency equivalent to ICAO level 4.

Inspect, diagnose, repair, replace, install, calibrate, and test aircraft avionics systems, including radios, radar, navigation equipment, instruments, wiring, sensors, and antennas.
