Produce installation/submittal/as-built drawings, advanced sequences, O&M manuals, cost estimates, and support commissioning, wiring, programming, and transition to service while liaising with project teams and customers.

Prepare accurate equipment cost estimates by reviewing plans/specs, selecting and pricing HVAC equipment, controls, labor and subcontractors. Collaborate with account and project managers, suppliers and customers to develop solutions, finalize proposals, prepare submittals, and support equipment sales and project scheduling.

Define and evolve architecture for scalable, secure cloud-native systems. Design distributed services, APIs, databases, event-driven and AI-powered applications. Lead technical direction, mentor engineers, evaluate emerging AI tech, and ensure alignment with security, performance, and business objectives.
