Mid-market full-cycle Account Executive responsible for new logo acquisition and named account expansion. Manage pipeline, engage executives, forecast with MEDDPICC standards, negotiate pricing/terms, run territory ABM and field campaigns, and ensure renewals and multi-year expansions while hitting quota.

Design, build, and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and lakehouse schemas for multi-tenant SaaS data. Implement CDC and near-real-time ingestion, ensure data quality, governance, and tenant isolation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to deliver reliable, performant pipelines; mentor teammates and shape the data platform roadmap to power client-facing and analytics capabilities.

Manage end-to-end renewals operations: create and govern renewal opportunities, maintain Salesforce/NetSuite data integrity, support forecasting and pricing, prepare accounts for Renewal Managers, generate renewal communications, process subscription and billing changes, and maintain operational governance, reporting, and SLAs to drive scalable recurring revenue retention.
