Develops, integrates, tests, and qualifies propulsion systems for advanced air vehicles and precision-strike programs. Responsibilities include propulsion architecture, performance modeling, component and interface design, vehicle integration, ground and flight testing, instrumentation, data analysis, failure investigation, manufacturing transition, and production support. The role requires hands-on work with propulsion hardware and collaboration across mechanical, structural, aerodynamic, electrical, GNC, and systems teams.

Develop production-grade embedded GNC flight software for aerospace systems, including navigation filters, guidance, autopilot controls, SIL/HIL verification, flight software architecture, performance analysis, coding standards, and V&V. Collaborate with hardware, systems, navigation, and controls teams while supporting environmental, ground, and range testing. The role requires deep C/C++ expertise, MATLAB/Simulink model-based development, safety-critical software experience, and ownership of GNC software infrastructure.

The Assistant Controller will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; maintain general-ledger integrity; prepare financial reporting; strengthen internal controls; support audits, tax, compliance, and government-contracting requirements; and oversee inventory, cost accounting, and operational finance processes. The role will optimize ERP and accounting workflows, mentor the accounting team, partner cross-functionally, and help build scalable financial infrastructure. It is a succession-track position with potential advancement to Controller within several quarters.
