Leads strategic HR partnership and service delivery across Canada and the Western United States. Advises leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, compensation, talent management, employment law, and organizational development. Supervises a geographically dispersed HR team, implements people programs, supports pay equity and succession planning, and improves HR operating models and service consistency.

Manages science and technology initiatives for sustainable industrial fisheries. Leads multidisciplinary projects involving electronic monitoring, AI, machine learning, computer vision, data systems, hardware, software deployment, and seafood traceability. Oversees vendors, contractors, budgets, procurements, technical assessments, and deployment of systems in remote environments. Translates technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and supports technology evaluation, scaling, and conservation strategy. The role may require domestic and international travel of 25% or more.

Leads Nature United’s British Columbia Improved Forest Management strategy, guiding conservation and forest-management initiatives, partnerships, policy development, financing, performance tracking, and adaptive management. The role coordinates place-based projects, collaborates with First Nations, governments, industry, funders, and conservation organizations, manages budgets and risks, represents the strategy externally, and leads an inclusive, high-performing team.
