Build and operate scalable AWS infrastructure and internal tooling for document ingestion, AI data pipelines, observability, and deployment workflows. Shape technical strategy, collaborate with enterprise clients, establish security and reliability standards, and mentor team members. The role requires hands-on ownership of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, databases, queues, caches, logging, observability, and developer efficiency tooling in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
