The Senior AI/ML Engineer will develop AI systems for enterprise decision-making, focusing on LLMs and real-time data processing. Responsibilities include building detection systems, insight engines, evaluation frameworks, and collaborating with engineers to ensure robust AI product engineering.

Lead end-to-end Strategic Portfolio Management implementations, including discovery, maturity assessment, portfolio design, governance, rollout, and adoption. Serve as a senior advisor to PMO and portfolio leaders, translate legacy platforms into improved workflows, support competitive pre-sales, and establish Tempo’s SPM methodology, maturity model, playbook, reference architectures, and enablement. Build the implementation practice, inform product strategy, and eventually hire and lead a team.

Lead full-funnel, multi-channel growth campaigns from strategy through execution. Manage planning, targeting, creative collaboration, marketing automation, performance analysis, and agency partnerships to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across the funnel.
