Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. Own lead-to-cash, quoting, pricing, subscription, renewal, and amendment workflows while integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, marketing automation, and CLM systems. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure security and data integrity, establish DevOps and testing practices, document architectures, and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.

Lead strategy, development, and execution of product initiatives for Tekion’s automotive retail platform in Quebec. Serve as the dealership retail workflow expert across vehicle sales, desking, F&I, credit, lender integrations, compliance, and deal funding. Build scalable B2B products for Canadian dealerships, collaborate cross-functionally, and support ARC’s market launch. The role requires 6–8 years of product management experience, SaaS or cloud expertise, bilingual French and English communication, and travel up to 25%.

Owns strategic relationships and long-term success for assigned automotive dealership accounts. Develops Customer Value Plans, leads outcome-focused Value Reviews, monitors adoption and account health, forecasts renewals, identifies expansion opportunities, and translates platform usage into measurable business value. The role coordinates with Sales, Product, Support, Enablement, and Implementation teams while representing customer needs internally. Travel to dealerships and customer events may be required.
