Develop and grow a sales territory (Montreal, Rive-Nord, occasional Maritimes) by building relationships with architects, engineers, municipalities, developers and contractors, influencing project specifications, managing pipeline in CRM, delivering technical presentations, preparing bids, and closing commercial, institutional and municipal projects to exceed sales targets.
