Supports planning, execution, tracking, and closeout of commissioning and startup projects. Manages schedules, resources, costs, earned value, forecasts, risks, dashboards, and status reporting. Coordinates system handover, mechanical completion, final acceptance, readiness tracking, and transfer priorities across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. Controls handover documentation, including test records, redlines, manuals, punch lists, deficiencies, and nonconformance reports through closure. Requires bilingual French and English communication.

Generates qualified sales opportunities through outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn prospecting. Researches target accounts and decision-makers, qualifies leads based on fit, timing, budget, and authority, and schedules discovery meetings for sales leadership. Maintains accurate CRM records, coordinates follow-ups, supports pipeline reviews, and reports on lead-generation performance. The role targets industrial, manufacturing, automation, engineering, robotics, mining, distribution, and processing organizations.

Directs workforce planning, resource allocation, S&OP, technical personnel development, operational performance, project delivery, profitability, client relationships, and process improvement across industrial consulting service lines. The role oversees staffing, utilization, labor costs, project margins, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with technical, HR, and business development teams.
