Implement ETL/ELT workflows connecting learning, HR, identity, reporting, and legacy systems. Support CI/CD, releases, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and distributed Agile delivery.

Coordinates software teams across Agile Release Trains, facilitates SAFe ceremonies, manages risks, dependencies, impediments, budgets, schedules, and project governance. The role develops project plans, tracks performance, supports stakeholder communication, gathers requirements, manages vendors, documents decisions, and coaches teams on Agile practices across complex enterprise environments.

Lead strategic business initiatives through the full project lifecycle, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, requirements, and stakeholder communications. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and executives while supporting Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methods. Responsibilities include workshop facilitation, business analysis, change management, executive reporting, deliverable approval, and continuous improvement of project practices.
