Supervise and coach a bilingual group sales team, ensuring sales targets, service levels, booking quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved. Provide training, performance feedback, escalation support, and documented performance management. Monitor communications and sales results, address barriers, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.

Provides bilingual administrative and booking support for group sales accounts. Processes and modifies reservations, verifies rates, balances accounts, manages payments and invoices, coordinates seating and rooming lists, updates insurance and travel details, monitors communications, supports customers and travel agents, and provides coverage for Group Sales Representatives. The role also manages assigned specialty groups and maintains current product and procedural knowledge.

Generates and closes group travel sales through phone and email inquiries, quoting, follow-up, upselling, and relationship management. Maintains group files, contracts, invoices, payments, and reservations while reconciling accounts and communicating schedule changes. Provides bilingual English and French customer service, maintains travel product knowledge, and supports telephone queues in a hybrid Laval, Quebec role.
