Supervises and develops a bilingual Group Sales Team, providing coaching, performance management, quality control, and customer service oversight. Ensures sales targets, service levels, and booking quality are achieved; resolves escalated customer issues; communicates operational barriers to leadership; collaborates cross-functionally; and represents the company at trade shows and conferences.

Leads the Group Sales team, delivers sales targets, develops staff, monitors KPIs, improves customer service and sales processes, manages key group accounts, and supports strategic plans for retail and direct consumer sales. The role includes coaching supervisors, balancing workloads, fostering team collaboration, attending trade shows and road shows, conducting occasional sales calls, and identifying technology and productivity improvements.

Provides booking administration support for group sales accounts, including processing and modifying reservations, verifying rates, balancing accounts, managing payments, issuing invoices and travel documents, coordinating seating and rooming lists, and maintaining customer communications. The role supports Group Sales Representatives, manages specialty groups, handles administrative inboxes and call queues, provides vacation coverage, and maintains current product and procedural knowledge. French and English bilingual communication is required.
